Our Mission.

P.S. I Love You Day is a registered non-profit organization in New York State, dedicated to eradicating the stigma around mental health. Our mission is to instill hope for those affected by mental illness, fostering a supportive environment and a community where everyone feels welcomed, loved, and supported. Join us every second Friday of February by wearing purple for our annual celebration, P.S. I Love You Day.

2026 P.S. I LOVE YOU DAY DATE: February 13, 2026.

We are humbled to see the world turn purple for the 16th annual celebration on February 13, 2026.

2026 THEME: BE THE LIGHT.

Within this year’s design is a lighthouse. It stands not only as a beacon in the dark but as a call to action, to reach out to listen and be present for those who feel lost. If you are struggling, please know that you are not alone. Help is available, and hope is real.

2026 Goal

Goal: We hope that on February 13th, 2026, more than 800 communities of schools, organizations and businesses participate.

Donations are never required, but we ask that if you do fundraise within your community, you donate 50% back into your program to help P.S. I Love You Day 2026, 25% to your local Suicide Prevention organization, and 25% to P.S. I Love You Day Inc. to help begin a scholarship fund for students who have participated in P.S. I Love You Day.
