Countdown to this year's event...
Our mission as a non-profit organization is to spread love in order to decrease bullying and promote mental health awareness. We strongly believe that by educating students earlier about mental health, this difficult conversation will be easier to discuss. On the second Friday of every February, we encourage communities to wear purple in order to foster kindness and a welcoming environment.
Help spread the love further than we ever imagined!
Take a picture like this or simply wear PUPRLE on February 10th, 2017 to prove that "Love is Universal."
2017 was an incredible year for P.S. I Love You Day, as we proved that Love is Universal. With the help of over 140 schools, we were able to spread the love further than we ever imagined. The furthest school to participate was Duneside Primary, which is located in a suburb called Mitchell's Plain in Cape Town, South Africa!
Goal: Over 70,000 people and 200 schools wear purple on February 9th as we go the extra smile.
Donations are never required, but we ask that if you do fundraise within your community, you donate 50% back into your program to help P.S. I Love You Day 2017, 25% to your local Suicide Prevention organization, and 25% to P.S. I Love You Day Inc. to help begin a scholarship fund for students who have participated in P.S. I Love You Day.
Show us what you’re up to! Checks for the cause can be made out to P.S. I Love You Day, Inc. and activity ideas, materials, or personal letters can be sent to:
